Our Corbieres Château du Vieux Parc are classified in three categories with careful monitoring at each step of production. From the vineyard to the cellar, no detail is overlooked in order to produce quality wines, crafted with maximum enjoyment in mind.
Special cuvees matured in new french oak with small yields for cuvee Ambroise, with mainly syrah and cuvee Ethan, with mainly mourvèdre
AOP Selection Wines: from a selection of old vines matured in French oak to produce a range of more complex wines suitable for ageing: Selection red and Selection white
Traditional AOP Wines: Cuvee Heritage in red, white and rose, and cuvée Pierre Mialhe, a range of supple and fruity wines, to be enjoyed in their youth
IGP RANGE
Our Vins de Pays – IGP Wines, Domaine du Vieux Parc, include two appellations in the Languedoc. Marked by the generosity of the soil and the sun, they are the reflection of our land.
