TASTING NOTES

NOTES DE DÉGUSTATION: A charming and well-made wine, mature and expressive on the nose with notes of dark fruit, spices, cacao and tobacco. On the mouth, plump and fruity, with soft ripe tannins and a lingering finish.

VINIFICATION ET ELEVAGE: Carbonic maceration for carignan.De-stemmed and traditional vinification for the other grape varieties.Temperature control.
